Megan’s tireless work ethic is evident in every part of her life. In 2024, she achieved a remarkable feat by completing her "Every Single Street Erie" project, running every street in the City of Erie. This initiative highlighted her love for exploration, her drive to take on big challenges, and her commitment to the community. In addition to this, she has participated in numerous local endurance events, such as the Barber Beast on the Bay, Oil Creek 50k, and Duathlon Relay. She also raised over $7,000 for a local nonprofit, Brooklyn’s Beacons, by completing David Goggins’s 4 x 4 x 48 challenge (running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 straight hours).

With her success in real estate, Megan has also found meaningful ways to give back. In coordination with fellow RE/MAX agent Stacey Santos, she donates $100 per home sale to a nonprofit annually. Together, in 2023, Megan and Stacey donated more than $5,500 to the local chapter of the Children’s Miracle Network. This year, the nonprofit is the Barber National Institute, for which they are striving to raise more than $6,000.
